Le questionnaire individuel femme a été utilisé pour enregistrer les informations concernant les
femmes éligibles, c'est-à-dire les femmes de 15-49 ans, ayant passé la nuit précédant l'entretien dans le
ménage sélectionné, quel que soit leur statut de résidence. Ce questionnaire comprend huit sections qui
portent sur les thèmes suivants :
caractéristiques socio-démographiques
reproduction
connaissance et utilisation de la contraception
grossesse et allaitement, vaccination et santé des enfants
nuptialité
préférences en matière de fécondité
caractéristiques du conjoint et activité économique de la femme
mesures anthropométriques des enfants de moins de cinq ans.
