Definition
The calendar contains 80 rows, numbered 1 to 80, with each row containing monthly data for the woman spanning the past 5+ years of her life. Month 1 corresponds to December in the year of interview (1990 or later). Month 80 corresponds to January in the first year of the calendar (1985 or later). The interim rows (months) of the calendar between December of the year of interview and the date of the respondent's interview will be blank; i.e., if she was interviewed in September 1990, data for her will be contained in rows 4-80; rows corresponding to months Oct-Dec 1990 (1-3), which are after the date of her interview, will be blank.
